Half of the food was missing after collecting, my brother called up and was expected to go all the way back up to the shop to get a new order after realising once he got home it wasn’t the right order and quite a lot was missing. Fair play to the shop for delivering it but the food was bang average. A lot of the chips were black/green. The pizzas were slightly overcooked. Chicken was dry, kebab meat was very thick with a horrible flavour, most went in the bin. Waste of nearly £50 worth of food.

I’ve never had an issue with any of my previous orders. However, most recent order, a lamb shish & salad wrap (which I’d never ordered before) was stone cold and literally swimming in chilli sauce. I had to scrape off some of the sauce as I couldn’t cope with the level of spice. Think I’ll stick with the chicken or donner wrap in future.

Never really had a bad meal but last night the chips where over cooked the fish had been reheated cos the batter was like a very dark brown and not golden. Hopefully this was a 1 off

They were extremely busy but we still enjoyed great hot food, for a great price and wonderful customer service. Will definitely be back and would recommend everyone to give them a try.

I ordered on line a 14” garlic bread with tomato sauce, a Doner kebab with chips and chilli sauce for collection. Everything was perfect and the on line ordering was effortless. The separately wrapped chips were freshly cooked as was the garlic bread. The Doner meat portion was huge and accompanied with a separate pitta bread and a portion of chilli sauce. The shop was very clean, brightly lit and the whole food preparation area was on view which gave me a lot of confidence that hygiene was a priority. The food was excellent in every way and tasted as good as it looked. Superfry is now my “go to” chip shop!!

Food was way to greasy, which I know sounds weird as its a chip shop but the grease was literally caked all over pizza and garlic bread. Also cooked in cheap oil which tasted horrible and smelt awful. Shame as I enjoyed the last one we had, but after this doubt will order again.

Ordered two pizzas which were gorgeous the dough was so light and not greasy or salty. I ordered a large kebab which was lovely although it didn’t say on the menu included salad so I assumed it would come with it but just got chips instead. Perhaps it could be a little clearer on the menu as I would have preferred salad and perhaps peppers and onions. Overall a lovely takeaway
